Listary License Agreement
You should read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your full acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
1. Using of Free Version
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use Listary software program (hereinafter referred to as the "SOFTWARE") solely for personal use without any charge. Use the free version of Listary at a workplace is not allowed. You may freely redistribute the free version of the "SOFTWARE" with the following exceptions:
The original package supplied by Bopsoft is not modified. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive.
No money is charged to the person receiving the software without written permission from the copyright holder.
2. Using of Pro Version
Each licensed copy of the "SOFTWARE" may be used by a single person on 3 computers used exclusively by that person. Licensed copy of the “SOFTWARE” may be used at your workplace. The registered "SOFTWARE" may not be rented, leased or lend to any other person, nor transferred or sub-licensed. The "SOFTWARE" is licensed, not sold, to you.
3. Copyright and Ownership
The "SOFTWARE" is copyrighted and owned by Bopsoft. You acknowledge that the title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the "SOFTWARE" shall remain in exclusive property of Bopsoft.
4. Software Protection
You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce any part of this "SOFTWARE" to human readable form nor permit any third party to do so. You shall not, nor permit any third party to copy, make error corrections to or otherwise modify, adapt or translate the "SOFTWARE" nor create derivative works of the "SOFTWARE".
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
BOPSOFT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. BOPSOFT DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE SOFTWARE IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BOPSOFT OR A BOPSOFT AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY.

Bopsoft built the Listary app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Bopsoft and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
